 Chapter seven is called Sustaining the Momentum. A quote that stuck out from this chapter is, "What if you work and prepare, but nobody shows up for your network? Or worse, people show up, look around, decide it isn't worth their time, and leave!" This is a legitimate feeling that people have when creating a learning network. It is a fear that all the work you put in will be for nothing. But a lot of good things come from someone taking that chance. Putting in the work and taking care of your creation is vital to its growth. A learning network takes care and time to grow, like a garden. In appreciative inquiry members work from a what if? and strengths perspective rather than focusing on what needs help. Within appreciative inquiry, there are some assumptions and principals.             In chapter five we talk about using tools to support connected learning. It goes on to express the importance of bookmarking and archiving as tools in this. It mentions tools such as Delicious and Diigo for these purposes. In this chapter they mention that in the early days of the web one may have used bookmarking through the web browser. This is quite funny to me because I still use this resource. It is mostly how I keep track of important websites and other things that I do not want to lose track of. I wonder where I have been to not know about these new ways of documenting. This chapter was honestly eye-opening to me and informative in things I was not aware of.           The next thing chapter five talks about is the tools for connecting.
